Possible Schedule:

8:30am-9:00am:     Check-in (doors may be locked until 8:30am)
9:00am-9:40am:     Warm-up and Divide into Groups
9:40am-11:30am:   Gymnastics Rotations
11:30am-noon:       Conditioning, Stretching & Games
noon-1:00pm:         Lunch (bring your own lunch)
1:00pm-1:30pm:     Warm-up
1:30pm- 3:20pm:    Gymnastics Rotations
3:20pm- 4:00pm:    Stretch, Condition, Obstacle Course & Open Time.
4:00pm-4:15pm      Check-out (please pick up by 4:15pm)


More information:

  • All gymnasts will need to bring a lunch, a microwave will be available if needed.  

  • Gymnasts may also bring a water bottle to refill.

  • Proper gymnastics attire is required (a properly fitting leotard and shorts if desired)

  • Hair should be up and out of the way.

  • Do not bring or wear any jewelry to camp (small stud earrings are ok)

  • Phones/electronic devices will only be allowed during lunch.

  • Please drop-off and pick-up on time.
